Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with AusPost. 

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day, will be dispatched that day. During high volume order times, this may vary, we thank you for your patience. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or a Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. 

Expected delivery times are between 2-5 business days.

Upon ordering, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address you provided at the checkout. If you do not receive this notification within 1 hour, please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours. Please note, international orders may be liable for import and/or customs duties and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Unfortunately, sometimes postal service delays can cause order delivery to fall outside of this window.
