Refund policy
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Please request a return/exchange by emailing hello@co-creator.com.au within 21 days of receiving your order.
2. Please include your full name, order number, the reason for return, and which item/s you would like to exchange/refund.
3. Once your refund/exchange request has been approved you can send it back to us to the address provided via email.
4. Once we have received your item we will notify you and process your refund within 5 business days.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are required to pay for shipment of return and provide a valid tracking number.
Please note: Co-Creator will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item. If the item does not reach us or you safely, Co-Creator will not be held responsible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
